Qualified Social Workers with over 5 years post-qualification experience

We have qualified social workers who are registered with Social Work England and have over 5 years post-qualification experience, who have worked in frontline Children’s Services roles. We are building our team of Independent Social Workers (ISW), who are sometimes known as an expert social workers with extensive skills and experience in frontline Child Protection roles.

Independent Social Workers are self-employed and either take on cases or instructions directly from Local Authorities or they work with an organisation such as Aseda Group Ltd which matches cases to ISWs on our books who have the correct knowledge and expertise for that particular case.

We are seeking social workers with significant experience, training and expertise to enable us to deliver the high-quality services that we promise. As an ISW, you will be asked to provide specialist assessments and expert reports as well as give expert opinion to the courts. Therefore this role is better suited to social workers with more experience and knowledge that they can draw upon.
